What you'll learn: Prepositions of place (sur, sous, dans…) let you say where things are. Direct object pronouns (le, la, les) replace the thing — so you don't say 'les clés' twice. Indirect object pronouns (lui, leur) replace a person after 'à' — the one you give, say, or write something to.
